July 2011 Market Reports for San Ramon Neighborhoods

Over the past six months, there was a slow down seen in the real estate market of the Deerwood/Cambrio neighborhood of San Ramon. Although there were 2 closed sales for the season, it was still some 66% less than the sales closed during the prior six month period which had six. There are three active listings and no pending sales.
